TextielMuseum: the best day out in North Brabant – and maybe even the Netherlands?! You bet!

We won!
Dagjeweg.nl is a listings website where a wide range of providers, including museums, theme parks and theatres, share their days-out offering. Every year, Dagjeweg presents the Dagjeweg Awards to the best day out of the year.
This year, TextielMuseum was nominated in the North Brabant category, which also put us in the running for the national selection of best days out. During the voting period, we asked visitors, staff, newsletter readers and social media followers to vote. And it paid off!
On Monday 15 June, it was announced that TextielMuseum had won Best Day Out in North Brabant 2026 and Best Day Out Nationally 2026.
We are incredibly proud to have won this award. It is an honour to be appreciated by so many people. Thank you to everyone who voted — we hope to welcome you to the museum soon.
