Industrialisation

Legacy education Industrialisation

There are eight assignments regarding the industrialisation in the textile industry.
The students carry out four assignments at the exhibition ‘the Woollen Blanket Factory’ and the steam engine. The other four assignments are concerned with the exhibition ‘Warm Hearts, Cool Heads’.
Accompanied by a guide, the students pass by all the parts that are involved in the assignments.
When a large group of people come for this program, we work with a circulation program. The students go from part to part themselves, and the tour leader then gives them information about one specific part so that the students can answer all the questions.
The program is written for pupils from the secondary education second class.
