reTHINK!
25-09-2010 / 30-01-2011 ( votes) The exhibition reTHINK! can be seen from September 25, 2010 until January 30, 2011 in Audax Textile Museum Tilburg.Using themes such as yarn & raw materials, design & production, waste & recycling, the exhibition shows sustainable life cycles of textiles, using examples from fashion, interior textiles and product design.
Participating designers are among others Christien Meindertsma, Maarten Kolk & Guus Kusters, Atelier NL, Willemijn de Greef, Suzanne Lee and Kate Goldsworthy.
In addition, the exhibition illustrates the processes and products from companies like Brennels and Rubia Pigmenta Naturalia. The presentation "Sustainable House", a project of nine companies in Brabant on sustainability, is also part of the exhibition.
Next to this, on September 24, 2010 a Creative Search Conference for Sustainable Textiles will take place at the Textile Museum.
